Mobile Therapeutics is a direct-to-patient orthopaedic practice founded by Eric Goddeyne, PA-C, a board-certified physician assistant with more than 12 years in orthopaedic surgery and nine years of iovera° experience. Eric brings the exam, the ultrasound and the treatment to you.
For an 82-year-old with an arthritic knee, getting to a clinic can be harder than the appointment itself: arranging a ride, navigating a parking structure, waiting in a cold room, then doing all of it again for a follow-up. For a working parent, it is a lost afternoon. We removed the trip.

Three ways we treat joint and nerve pain without surgery

iovera° cryoneurolysis
FDA-cleared controlled cold that temporarily interrupts the nerve signal carrying your joint pain. No steroid, no opioid. Also used before knee and shoulder replacement surgery. Eric has nine years and thousands of iovera° treatments behind him.

Corticosteroid injections placed under live ultrasound guidance — knee, hip, shoulder, ankle, sacroiliac joint, trigger finger, tennis and golfer's elbow.

How it works
Three steps from your first call to relief

Call for a free screening
Call (920) 777-9876. We talk through which joint hurts, how long it has been going on, what you have tried, your medications and your insurance. There is no charge for this call, and it is how we build a tailored plan before anyone drives out.

We come to you, by appointment
Eric arrives with the portable ultrasound and everything the visit needs. He examines the joint, confirms the plan with you, and in most cases treats the same visit. A dining chair and a clear tabletop is all the space required.

You stay home and we follow up
You get written aftercare instructions, a direct phone number and a follow-up plan. Repeat treatments, additional joints and coordination with your primary care or surgeon's office all happen from home.

Insurance
Medicare Part B and three Medicare Advantage plans
Mobile Therapeutics is enrolled and credentialed with Medicare Part B and with Medicare Advantage plans from UnitedHealthcare, Network Health and Humana.
iovera° cryoneurolysis is self-pay — $895 per treatment, all inclusive, with no travel or facility fee. HSA and FSA funds can be used.
Who we see most
- Older adults with knee, hip, shoulder or ankle osteoarthritis who would rather not travel.
- Residents of assisted living, independent living and memory care communities.
- Patients scheduled for a total knee replacement, a total or reverse total shoulder replacement, or a rotator cuff repair who want to prepare.*
- Patients with a non-emergent, non-surgical fracture who need management and follow-up without a clinic trip.
- Residents and homebound adults who keep falling, where treatable joint pain or the wrong walking aid is part of the reason.
- Working adults who cannot give up an afternoon for a 15-minute injection.
- Adult children arranging care for a parent from out of town.
